Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we know that not every purchase will fit, so we understand that returns are sometimes necessary.
Standard Returns (Non-Klarna Purchases):

If an item does not fit you or you are not happy with the fit, we will offer store credit only.

Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you with the return.

All original tags must be attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition.

Returns that appear worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused.

Exchanges for size are possible if available, within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items: All sale, promotion, or discounted items, all accessories, and bodysuits are final sale. No exceptions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Klarna Purchases:
For orders completed through Klarna, the following policy applies in compliance with Klarna’s requirements:

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (store credit is not permitted for Klarna purchases).

No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
