We want you to be happy with your purchase and we know that not every purchase will fit and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary.
- If an item does not fit you or you are not happy with the fit, we will only offer store credit to use on your next purchase. Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you with the return.
- All original tags must be attached. All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused.
- You may exchange a size if we have it in stock within 7 days of delivery.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with any discount code, ALL accessories and bodysuits.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to resolve this issue for you. On the rare occasion that this may occur, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 calendar days, you will no longer qualify for a return. Please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damage/defect item(s) along with your order number.
