We want you to be happy with your purchase and we know that not every purchase will fit and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary.
- If an item does not fit you or you are not happy with the fit, we will only offer store credit. Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you with the return.
- All original tags must be attached. All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused.
- You may exchange a size if we have it in stock within 7 days of delivery.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with any discount code, ALL accessories and bodysuits. No exceptions.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologize and will do our best to resolve this issue for you. On the rare occasion that this may occur, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 calendar days, you will no longer qualify for a return. Please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damage/defect item(s) along with your order number.
